More recently, he created, directed and performed in his first full scale London theatre piece, The Impossibles, and followed it up with The Real Deal Vaudeville. Mat has enjoyed more than a dozen UK network TV appearances, including as a semi-regular cast member of ITV1's Cilla Black's Moment of Truth, in which, most weeks, he made it virtually impossible for any of the innocent contestants to win any prizes.
Mat has performed in countless venues across the UK and Europe, including the London Palladium, various cruise ships and many of Europe’s most respected variety theatres.
