Sales & Marketing Executive<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are currently looking for a bright and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing professional to join the team, working across both brands.<\/p>\n

The successful applicant will:
\n\u2022\tBe articulate
\n\u2022\tHave an eye for detail
\n\u2022\tBe highly organised
\n\u2022\tHave good literacy and numerical skills
\n\u2022\tBe responsible and reliable
\n\u2022 Have excellent IT skills<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for:
\n\u2022\tDealing with sales enquires
\n\u2022\tAfter sales care and follow up
\n\u2022\tMarketing our two group brands
\n\u2022\tCreating press releases and news
\n\u2022\tBooking performers
\n\u2022\tGenerating contracts
\n\u2022\tRepresenting our brand at networking events and exhibitions
\n\u2022\tUpdating company databases
\n\u2022\tWeekly profit reports<\/p>\n

This varied role offers lots of opportunities to develop your sales and marketing skills within our friendly and successful team.<\/p>\n

Financial\/ Admin Executive (Temporary – Maternity Leave)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are currently looking for a highly organised Financial\/ Admin professional to join the team, working across both brands.<\/p>\n

Some of the key responsibilities will include:
\n\u2022\tProcessing Salaries and Expenses
\n\u2022\tWeekly and Monthly Bank Reconciliations
\n\u2022\tWeekly Finance Reports
\n\u2022\tGenerating sales invoices and credit notes
\n\u2022\tAuthorising and inputting purchase invoices
\n\u2022\tPreparing and printing monthly cheque run
\n\u2022\tQuarterly VAT returns
\n\u2022\tChasing Debtors
\n\u2022\tMaintaining financial database (Quickbooks)
\n\u2022\tEnd of year stock-take
\n\u2022\tStationery\/general office orders
\n\u2022\tDealing with online orders
\n\u2022\tDiary Management
\n\u2022\tAd-hoc office duties<\/p>\n

This role is to cover maternity leave and with training available is a fantastic opportunity for the right applicant to develop their skill set and gain some valuable experience.<\/p>\n
